Challenges

  • Working inside a water treatment plant

  • Site access and entry requirements

  • Demolition works including removal of concrete tilt panels and structural beams.

  • Working within an live office environment.

  • Connections between old infrastructure and new system requirements

Outcome

Enhanced parking and building access have been established for employees, making small package deliveries to the main offices much more convenient. The updated visitor reception kiosk area now includes seating that was previously lacking at the old entry point. Previously, access to the building was through sections of the operational Treatment Plant, which offered limited car parking options near the main entrance.
