The existing rooms, constructed several years ago, often lack sufficient fire prevention materials. Although clients provided initial designs, these were generally generic and required frequent revisions, as they were originally developed for different buildings and did not consistently align with the specific conditions of the current facilities.

Implementation of safety measures by cordoning off the affected areas to prevent public access during the works.
Carrying out the necessary resurfacing and repairs to the carpark and other high-traffic areas, ensuring a safe and functional environment for the public until the larger capital project is completed.
