Water Reservoir Tank Repairs

Following damage to the Frogley tank roof caused by a fallen tree, a temporary repair solution was provided, enabling the tanks functionality without a full roof replacement. A timber framework was designed to secure the damaged roof.

Fire Door Replacement

Concerns over unsafe fire doors in high-traffic areas prompted their removal and replacement. Following an audit that revealed non-compliance, new doors were installed to ensure full safety compliance and maintain a secure workplace environment.

Sports Ground Fencing

Perimeter fencing was installed around the oval to contain cricket balls and enhance spectator safety, while chainmesh fencing along the Merri Creek Trail improved pedestrian flow and public access.

St Albans Tank Structural Repairs

As part of a Water Tank Condition Monitoring project, we carried out structural repairs to address defects affecting the tank's integrity and water quality. Works included ground-level repairs to the steel floor and high rope access to the support bracing.

High Voltage Room Door Replacement

A fire door to a high voltage building was found to be structurally unsound due to white ant damage. We replaced it with a custom-designed, fireproof door treated to prevent future infestations.

Red Building Gutter and Fascia Replacement

Failed roof plumbing and environmental wear meant the existing gutter and fascia board needed replacement. With detailed planning and coordination, works were completed safely at an 8-metre height—without disrupting operations.
