Vent Stacks in Metropolitan Melbourne

Client’s network venting system had deteriorated from H2S gases and the risers had the potential of failure and falling. The client requested that vent stacks had to renewed with fibreglass or stainless steel stacks depending on location. All the stacks had legacy issues with other services encroaching lifting zones and had to be assessed individually and different methodologies put forward to deliver safe outcomes.

  • Carrying out the necessary resurfacing and repairs to the carpark and other high-traffic areas, ensuring a safe and functional environment for the public until the larger capital project is completed.
