Red Building Gutter and Fascia Replacement
Failed roof plumbing and environmental weathering led to the need to replace the existing gutter and fascia board. Careful planning with key stakeholders ensured construction work did not impede operations or pose any risk to site users. Throughout the project, strict safety protocols were followed, especially given that repairs were performed at a height of 8 metres, to protect both workers and those on site.
