Civil Works Zone Sub-Station

he Utility client was upgrading their old communications building and installing a new communication building which included relocating all the below ground conduits into new installed concrete service culverts and yard resurfacing around all the live breakers as well as upgrading the safety parameters around the site. The brief given was to remove the old building and services and install a new building and services to a new location on site, all while the sub-station remained a live site.

  • Carrying out the necessary resurfacing and repairs to the carpark and other high-traffic areas, ensuring a safe and functional environment for the public until the larger capital project is completed.
